Factory Quality Control Analyst

About the Role

Value Edge Management Service Limited is seeking a qualified Factory Quality Control Analyst to lead quality management initiatives and ensure manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Establish and monitor quality control standards and procedures for all stages of the manufacturing process
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
• Utilize statistical tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma) to monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality certifications (e.g., ISO standards)
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D departments to address quality-related issues and improve product design
• Prepare regular quality reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement initiatives
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify opportunities for enhancement
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in quality control and manufacturing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical), Quality Management, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality certifications
