The role involves data recording, power monitoring, manpower coordination, and enforcing discipline for smooth factory operations. Key Responsibilities

• Record and update production data, machine hours, and raw material usage.

• Monitor power and diesel consumption; prepare usage reports.

• Track attendance, shift allocation, and staff productivity.

• Maintain order, discipline, and safety within the factory.

• Support communication between production, maintenance, and admin teams.

Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field.

• 2–4 years’ experience in manufacturing or factory operations.

• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.

• Strong analytical, coordination, and leadership skills.
