Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with factory business objectives
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of factory staff
• Oversee attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws)
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Lead training, safety programs, and skill development initiatives
• Drive performance management, appraisals, and workforce productivity
• Prepare HR MIS reports and support internal and external audits
• Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, compliance, and industrial relations
