Position Overview
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The Factory HR Manager will oversee and lead all HR functions within the manufacturing plant, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, training, and performance management. The role ensures smooth operations and fosters a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with factory business objectives
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of factory staff
- Oversee attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws)
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Lead training, safety programs, and skill development initiatives
- Drive performance management, appraisals, and workforce productivity
- Prepare HR MIS reports and support internal and external audits
- Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, compliance, and industrial relations
Required Skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and MS Office
