About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Facility Officer specializing in mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, generators, and fire-fighting systems
• Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in line with facility management standards
• Ensure mechanical systems comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide technical support during facility upgrades, renovations, and new equipment installations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports for all mechanical operations
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other technical staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Respond promptly to mechanical emergencies and service requests
• Support energy conservation initiatives by ensuring efficient use of mechanical equipment
• Assist in budget planning by recommending spare parts, tools, and equipment procurement

Requirements

• FLSC, OND, HND, or BSc Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or facility management
