Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate repairs of equipment, utilities, and building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators, cold storage, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure all outlets are fully functional by addressing facility-related issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Maintain building systems and equipment in optimal working condition

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in facility management, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality sectors
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and kitchen/retail equipment
• Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Experience managing vendors and service providers
