Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of a high-rise residential property. The ideal candidate will ensure the building operates smoothly, tenant satisfaction remains high, and all regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily building systems (HVAC, plumbing, elevators, electrical) and conduct regular inspections
- Address tenant concerns, ensure compliance with lease agreements, and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain building safety standards, conduct fire drills, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare and manage the facility's budget, track expenses, and oversee vendor contracts
- Negotiate and supervise service providers for cleaning, security, and maintenance
- Develop emergency response plans and ensure readiness for unexpected events
- Implement energy-saving measures and eco-friendly practices
- Supervise on-site staff and ensure efficient task delegation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in high-rise properties
- Strong leadership and financial management skills
- Knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
Compensation
N500,000 – N600,000 Monthly (Net)
