A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Property Management, Building Technology, Facility Management, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience managingresidential properties.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance procedures, and health & safety regulations in luxury residential settings.
  • Proven ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers efficiently.
  • Experience managing budgets, procurement, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Lekkiand its environs is an advantage.
