## Title: Facility Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee daily operations at our Sangotedo location in Lagos. You will be responsible for maintaining the facility's cleanliness, safety, and functionality while managing tenant relations and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to tenants' inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality
Collect rent and maintain accurate payment records
Conduct site visits three times a week, including a full inspection at least once weekly
Maintain logs of maintenance issues, tenant communication, and property updates

Requirements

OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of experience in a related field
Experience in facility or property management (advantageous)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
Residence in or near Sangotedo (preferred)

Compensation

N100,000 per month
