A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility management operations across assigned sites
- Ensure cleaning, janitorial, hygiene, and maintenance services meet company and client standards
- Supervise site supervisors, janitors, technicians, and other facility staff
- Conduct routine site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Manage client relationships and respond promptly to service issues or complaints
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, equipment, and assets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare work schedules, duty rosters, and deployment plans for site staff
- Monitor inventory of cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment
- Liaise with procurement to ensure timely supply of materials
- Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and performance updates
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of facility staff
- Control operational costs and support budget implementation
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company assets at sites.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
