Job Overview

The Facility Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring the shopping mall's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor supervision, safety compliance, interaction with government agencies, and providing technical support to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for tenants, customers, and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
• Hands-on technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment

Salary
