Job Overview
We are seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a specified site. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and safe environment for staff, customers, and visitors while managing site staff and activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the progress of all site activities
- Review daily site work and suggest improvement measures
- Ensure project completion according to established timelines
- Translate blueprints into actionable plans
- Coordinate and supervise all workers on site
- Provide work schedules for workers
- Liaise with contractors, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure coordination across all parties
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Organize the equipment and manpower necessary to complete projects
- Ensure all equipment is in working order and good condition
- Prepare reports, budgets, and project plans for presentation to relevant stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable institution
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience
- Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong reporting skills
- Budget and scheduling management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to adhering to all company policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional qualification in a related field
