## Title: Training Facilitator – Public Sector Transformation

About the Role

Athena Institute of Business and Technology (AIBT) is seeking an experienced Training Facilitator to deliver a high-impact executive course on Leading Public Sector Transformation. The facilitator will design and deliver engaging content that equips public officers, policymakers, and institutional leaders with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to drive reform, improve governance systems, and lead strategic transformation in government institutions.

  • Stakeholder and institutional management

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver course modules on Public Sector Transformation
  • Prepare training materials, case studies, and interactive exercises
  • Facilitate workshops, group discussions, simulations, and practical sessions
  • Evaluate participants' performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Work with AIBT Programme Team to align content with institutional standards
  • Produce post-training reports and recommendations
  • Participate in pre-training briefings and curriculum review sessions

Essential Qualifications

  • PhD degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in public sector leadership, governance, reform implementation, or consulting
  • Demonstrated experience conducting high-level leadership or governance training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with government ministries, development partners, or reform programmes
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to use digital tools for training delivery (Zoom, MS Teams, Learning Management Systems)
