About the Role

We are seeking an Email Marketing Expert to design and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. You will develop comprehensive email marketing strategies, manage campaigns from conception to execution, and continuously improve performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Segment audiences and create targeted campaigns for maximum relevance and engagement
• Create compelling email content and manage overall campaign execution
• Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and retain customers
• Track campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize results
• Manage email lists and maintain data quality and compliance
• Implement personalization strategies to enhance customer experience
• Ensure full compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and maintain high deliverability standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing with demonstrated success in campaign management
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools including Google Analytics and email platform reporting
• Expertise in email marketing KPIs and performance metrics
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a strong eye for design and branding
• In-depth knowledge of email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and deliverability best practices
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product
