About the Role

68byalake, a fashion production company specializing in ready-to-wear, bespoke, and couture outfits, is recruiting skilled, experienced, and committed unisex tailors.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality outfits with excellent finishing and fitting
• Handle a wide range of styles including couture, bespoke dresses, corset two-pieces, shirts, trousers, jumpsuits, gowns, and structured designs
• Accurately interpret sketches, patterns, and samples
• Meet daily and weekly production targets
• Carry out necessary adjustments and corrections as required
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and sewing equipment
• Work collaboratively with Operations and Quality Control teams
• Observe punctuality, discipline, and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of active tailoring experience
• Ability to cut and sew independently without supervision
• Strong versatility across multiple styles (pattern drafting is an advantage)
• Prior factory or production-house experience is an added advantage
• Ability to work fast while maintaining neat and detailed finishing

Employment Details

• Location: Lagos, Nigeria
• Working Days: Monday–Friday
• Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦350,000 monthly
• Accommodation: Available

Transport Fare Refund Policy

Applicants who attend the interview and are successfully hired will receive a refund of their transport fare within their first week of work, or it may be added to the first salary. A promissory note will be issued for transparency.
