## Title: Rider Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Rider Manager to oversee our rider operations and ensure smooth, efficient delivery services. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of rider operations, from recruitment and training to performance monitoring and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Rider Operations & Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new riders
  • Manage daily rider attendance, scheduling, and route allocation
  • Monitor rider performance, productivity, and delivery efficiency
  • Ensure adequate rider availability to meet operational demand

Performance & Compliance

  • Enforce company policies, safety standards, and delivery protocols
  • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, order completion rate, and customer feedback
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans when needed
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution professionally

Communication & Support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for riders regarding operational issues
  • Address rider concerns related to routes, payments, safety, and equipment
  • Coordinate with customer support, warehouse, and dispatch teams

Safety & Asset Management

  • Ensure riders follow traffic laws and safety guidelines
  • Monitor use and condition of company assets (bikes, uniforms, devices)
  • Report and manage accidents, incidents, and insurance claims

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate rider records, attendance logs, and performance reports
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Assist in payroll validation based on rider attendance and performance

Key Performance Indicators

  • Rider attendance and retention rate
  • On-time delivery percentage
  • Customer satisfaction scores
  • Incident and accident rate
  • Cost efficiency and rider utilization

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Operations, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or field operations
  • Prior experience managing riders, drivers, or field staff
