About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join God Is Good Motors (GIGM) as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests at GIGM terminals, delivering exceptional service across ticketing, reservations, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell bus tickets to walk-in guests at GIGM terminals
- Make and modify travel reservations for guests using the online booking system
- Create and maintain accurate guest reservation records
- Resolve service problems by clarifying guest complaints via phone, email, and in person
- Forward booking and travel reschedule requests to the appropriate department
- Provide guests with service information related to travel schedules, fares, and payment options
- Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system
- Assist guests with luggage check-in
- Escalate customer complaints and emergency concerns to the appropriate management
- Adhere to company policies on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
- Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and colleagues
- Promote online booking, app downloads, and other company products and services to customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
