Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate mobilization team activities to drive deposit mobilization
• Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities from retail and institutional sources
• Cultivate and expand high-net-worth individual (HNI) clientele on an ongoing basis
• Meet assigned sales targets and quotas
• Cultivate and maintain courteous and efficient relationships with HNI clients
• Provide timely responses to customer feedback, issues, and requests
• Participate in developing new marketing initiatives based on field experience
• Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products and marketing strategies
• Manage wealth for HNI customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial/treasury sector as a liability generation officer
• Knowledge of banking, accounting, finance, and tax
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
