About This Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic customer-facing environment. You will be the primary point of contact for guests at our terminals, responsible for delivering exceptional service while managing all aspects of the booking and travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell bus tickets at GIGM terminals to walk-in guests
- Make and/or change travel reservations for walk-in guests using the online booking system
- Create and maintain guest reservation records
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the guest's complaint via phone, email, and in person
- Forward booking and travelling reschedule requests to the concerned unit
- Serve guests by providing service information related to travel schedules, fares, and payment options
- Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system
- Assist in guest luggage check-in
- Ensure customer complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate departments
- Adhere to the company's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
- Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and fellow employees
- Promote online booking, app downloads, and other products and services of the company to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
