Key Responsibilities

• Keep records of items shipped, received from project sites, or transferred to other warehouse locations
• Find, sort, and move goods within different parts of the warehouse
• Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
• Ensure the warehouse is well organized, maintaining neat and tidy conditions
• Check materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, and any specific conditions
• Develop and implement proactive tools maintenance programs
• Ensure that maintenance reports are drafted properly
• Track goods entering and leaving the warehouse on a continuous basis
• Ensure proper authorization for all goods entering and leaving the warehouse
• Input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and verify accuracy
• Ensure all tool maintenance operations comply with company policy and OSHA guidelines
• Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents, including near-misses and accidents

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in any discipline
• 0–1 year of post-NYSC experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety (preferred)
