About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and execution-driven Executive Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across all levels of the organisation — from entry-level and graduate roles to senior leadership and executive positions.
This role requires strong sourcing ability, excellent judgement, and structured recruitment execution. You will balance volume hiring for junior and operational roles with high-touch executive search for leadership and specialist positions, ensuring speed, quality, and cultural alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer stage across all organizational levels
- Conduct executive search and headhunting for leadership and specialist positions
- Execute volume hiring for entry-level, graduate, and operational roles
- Maintain strong attention to detail and demonstrate sound judgement in candidate evaluation
- Manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Ensure hiring deadlines are met while maintaining quality and cultural alignment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 4–8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, covering both junior/volume hiring and senior/executive recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Recruitment experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or fast-growth environments
