About the Role
The Executive Personal Assistant will manage both business and personal affairs for the executive by handling complex scheduling, correspondence, travel, and events. This position acts as a gatekeeper, ensuring seamless daily operations, executive efficiency, and productivity. The role requires discretion, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Communication
- Screen and direct calls, emails, and mail
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Act as a liaison with internal staff and external stakeholders
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange detailed business travel including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Coordinate family vacations and personal travel arrangements
- Troubleshoot travel disruptions and logistical challenges
Meeting & Event Support
- Organize meetings and prepare agendas
- Take meeting minutes and prepare documentation
- Coordinate corporate events and speaking engagements
Administrative & Financial Tasks
- Process expense reports
- Manage files and office supplies
- Handle daily financial transactions
Project & Research Support
- Conduct research and compile data
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives
Personal Support
- Run errands and manage household logistics
- Oversee household staff coordination
- Book and manage personal appointments
- Handle family logistics and arrangements
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Minimum of OND qualification
- Proven background in administrative support

- Discretion: Absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Organization: Exceptional planning, multitasking, and detail-oriented approach
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs, make quick decisions, and troubleshoot issues
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
