Job Description
- The Facilitator will design and deliver advanced training focused on executive networking, strategic influence, stakeholder engagement, persuasion, power mapping, and relationship-based leadership. The role involves facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions for senior-level participants.
- Facilitate executive-level training on networking strategy, influence, and stakeholder management.
- Develop and customize training content, simulations, role plays, and case studies.
- Coach participants on executive presence, strategic communication, and relationship capital.
- Lead practical exercises on power mapping, negotiation, and influence without authority.
- Assess participant progress and submit post-training evaluation reports.
- Provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions (where applicable).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the program curriculum.
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and executive coaching skills.
- Deep expertise in strategic networking, influence, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interpersonal intelligence and communication skills.
- Ability to manage senior-level learning environments.
- Proficiency with digital facilitation tools (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS platforms).
- High emotional intelligence and professional discretion.
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Psychology, Communication, Political Science, or related fields.
- A PhD’s degree is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in Coaching, Negotiation, Communication, or Leadership are added advantages.
- Minimum of 8–12 years professional experience in executive leadership, consulting, high-level sales, diplomacy, public affairs, or strategic communications.
- Proven experience facilitating executive or leadership-level training programs.
- Demonstrated success in building high-level networks and influencing decision-makers.
- Availability for physical and virtual delivery.
- Ability to handle senior executives and government officials with professionalism.
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Willingness to conduct a short demo facilitation session.
- Flexibility for weekend or out-of-station engagements when required.
