About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Driver to join our firm. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of professional driving experience. As an Executive Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our executives.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives to and from various locations, including meetings, events, and airports
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations, taking into account traffic conditions and potential delays
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, both inside and out
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues to appropriate personnel
• Provide assistance with luggage, packages, and other belongings as required
• Uphold all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in schedule or unexpected situations

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional driving experience with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as an executive driver or chauffeur preferred
• Valid driver's license and excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
• Must be able to stay on the Island, as the job location is in VI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Neat and professional appearance
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
