About the Role
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in a dual Executive Assistant and Human Resources Officer position. This role requires someone ready to resume immediately and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
- Design and conduct staff training sessions on topics such as time management, self-reflection, and workplace efficiency
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes and staff welfare initiatives
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence with discretion
- Draft, review, and manage official documents, memos, and reports
- Coordinate and prepare presentations, board papers, and meeting briefs
- Assist in strategy planning, policy implementation, and project management
- Liaise with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external partners on behalf of management
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and follow up on management directives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in corporate settings
- Professional certification (NIM, CIPM, etc.) is an added advantage
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Training and policy development expertise
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in document and correspondence management
