About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Redeemers Health Village as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a full-time, on-site position based in Redemption Camp, Ogun State.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedules, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Oversee administrative functions and office management
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage expense reports and budgets
- Ensure effective day-to-day operations to enhance the CEO's effectiveness and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar executive or administrative role
- Proficiency in executive administrative assistance and executive support functions
- Experience creating and maintaining expense reports and managing budgets
- Strong skills in diary management, scheduling, and calendar organization
- Proficiency in office software and tools, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
