Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Dean/CEO, managing executive administration, client relationships, and business development activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with high-level stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Prepare executive briefs, presentations, and follow-up communications
- Ensure readiness for coaching sessions, classes, and speaking engagements
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Business Development
- Identify business and partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and referrals to drive conversions
- Draft proposals, partnership letters, and presentations
- Maintain the sales/business development pipeline and reporting dashboards
Coordination and Event Support
- Coordinate masterclasses, trainings, and one-on-one sessions
- Manage client onboarding and feedback collection
- Support events, recordings, and special projects
Performance Metrics
- Timely schedule and task management
- 3–5 qualified leads converted monthly
- Zero missed follow-ups
- Smooth project and event execution
- Professional stakeholder feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in business development/client management
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Lagos-based with availability for travel
