## Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support daily business operations. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and draft reports, presentations, and correspondence ensuring content is clear, accurate, and delivered on time
  • Proofread materials for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and relevant topics, providing summarized findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling and time management
  • Track progress of ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and meeting notes
  • Accurately input and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems while ensuring data integrity
  • Generate reports as needed from maintained data systems
  • Assist with business development efforts, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up
  • Support proposal writing for client projects seeking funding
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role
