## Title: Executive Assistant

Position Overview

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of responsibilities while working independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced, sometimes pressurized environment. This role requires flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, and efficiency, coupled with a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive calendar scheduling, coordinating complex executive meetings with internal and external executives, assistants, and consultants
  • Answer phones and direct incoming calls to appropriate parties promptly and efficiently
  • Manage incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of senior executives
  • Assist senior management with the preparation of presentation materials
  • Review and summarize reports and documents; prepare background materials and outgoing correspondence as needed
  • Support pipeline and forecast preparation and management
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Arrange travel schedules and reservations, including processing expense reimbursements
  • Coordinate and launch campaigns (digital and hardcopy) to consultants, clients, and potential clients
  • Schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members across departments
  • Administer office resources, products, equipment, and shared office services
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
