Our client, a Fashion Brand in Lekki is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join the team. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of the business. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, providing project tracking and documentation support, contributing to business development efforts, and assisting with proposal writing for client projects seeking funding. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Editing/Drafting Reports. Assist in the preparation, editing, and drafting of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure content is clear, accurate, and delivered on time. Proofread for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
- General Research Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and other relevant topics.
- Provide summarized findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Calendar Management & Scheduling Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling and time management.
- Project Tracking & Documentation Track progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and meeting notes.
- Data Entry Accurately input and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Ensure data integrity and assist with generating reports as needed.
- Assist with business development efforts, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up.
- Carry out other responsibilities as required,
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to conduct research and analyze information
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in an executive support or administrative role preferred.
