We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support our Senior Architect (Caucasian) in managing daily operations, digital presence, and professional engagements. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, create good contents, speaks good English, detail-oriented, and understands the architecture/construction environment. Key Responsibilities:  
  • Manage and grow the Senior Architect’s social media presence, including: LinkedIn, Instagram. 
  • Schedule, draft, and coordinate content aligned with professional branding.
  • Utilize AI tools and CRM systems to streamline workflows and communications.
  • Manage tasks, workflows, and follow-ups using Monday.com.
  • Handle professional correspondence and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Prepare meetings, including agendas, notes, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Manage calendar efficiently, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
  • Assist with basic documentation and organization related to architectural and construction projects.
  • Understand and accurately use construction and architectural terminology in communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications 
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of construction and architectural terms.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Nice to Have 
  • Experience working with architects, engineers, or construction professionals.
  • Content creation or copywriting skills for professional social media.
  • Good marketing skills.
  • Familiarity with project management environments.
