We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Job Summary:
  • The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for the valuation, management, acquisition, and disposal of properties.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven experience in real estate and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property valuations for sale, purchase, and leasing purposes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate property and client records.
  • Handle lease administration, rent reviews, and property inspections.
  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities and market trends.
  • Prepare professional reports, proposals, and feasibility studies.
  • Oversee facility and property management operations.
  • Liaise with legal, financial, and regulatory bodies on property matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in estate management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate or property management.
  • Membership or registration with NIESV/ESVARBON is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
