About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, developing strategic sales plans, and presenting recommendations to upper management to keep our company competitive and innovative.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new sales opportunities and identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Achieve growth and sales targets by effectively managing available resources
- Design and implement strategic business and sales plans that expand the customer base and strengthen company presence
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to management
- Monitor new products and competitive landscape to stay fully informed
- Manage customer portfolio to maximize relationship-building opportunities
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials
- Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or issues promptly
- Store, organize, and present financial and non-financial data in electronic form
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Certification in sales or marketing (an asset)
- Proven previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning through close
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise
- Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
