We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying inherent and emerging risks across departments and branches.
  • Participate in Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) exercises and documentation.
  • Help maintain risk registers and ensure updates reflect current realities.
  • Support in monitoring operational issues, incidents, and near misses.
  • Provide inputs for Management Risk Committee reports.
  • Maintain structured documentation of risk events, controls, and mitigation actions.
  • Assist in implementing risk culture initiatives across branches and departments.
  • Participate in reviewing internal processes to identify control gaps.
  • Help coordinate risk awareness sessions for staff.
Required Qualifications: & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of banking operations and financial risks, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with 1 -2 years of work experience in risk management.
