Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise IT infrastructure and recommend improvements for efficiency, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and integrations
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for IT governance
• Support digital transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate IT performance and business impact

Required Skills & Competencies
