About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. In this position, you will manage key stakeholder relationships across all economic sectors, drive new enterprise account acquisition, and expand business with existing clients while maintaining a strong focus on retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across all sectors to promote company interests and corporate strategy
- Acquire new enterprise accounts across various market segments
- Expand business with existing enterprise accounts with a focus on retention
- Oversee ICT Enterprise solutions and manage revenue, profit, and loss (P&L) for the Enterprise business unit
- Implement Enterprise Sales and Marketing Strategy
- Conduct industry analyses and recommend strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability
- Coordinate Network Solutions, Designs, and presales presentations
- Develop strategies to monitor sales and marketing performance and KPIs
- Evaluate, measure, and enhance products
- Coordinate tailor-made marketing solutions to increase competitiveness and revenue
- Drive team targets in line with yearly sales budget
- Coordinate product development and pricing strategies
- Oversee customer service and call quality assessments
- Champion market intelligence, sales measurement, and evaluation
- Provide direction on sales and market share growth (volume and value)
- Handle escalations for challenging client requests and issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Preferred experience in Enterprise Sales and the Telecommunications Industry
