About the Role

We are looking for skilled communicators who are organized, energetic, and capable of inspiring students. You will be responsible for teaching and preparing students for internal and external examinations while evaluating their progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and prepare students for internal and external exams
• Evaluate and monitor student progress
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve academic excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in English or related field
• PGDE required if first degree is not education-related
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience
• Demonstrated track record of presenting students for WAEC/NECO with at least a 95% pass rate (minimum C4 grades)
• Experience in top private or federal schools (advantageous)

• Excellent spoken English with no strong accent interference
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Multitasking and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in modern teaching methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong team player mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD qualification with at least 3 years' teaching experience

Other Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kabba, Kogi State
• Commitment to child safeguarding and student welfare
