About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kano. As an End User Support Engineer, you will provide comprehensive troubleshooting, technical support, and expert guidance on operating systems on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end users
- Deliver customer support and customer service excellence
- Demonstrate expertise in operating systems
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Support Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
- Manage Microsoft Intune configurations and deployments
- Handle system patching and updates
- Troubleshoot and support network printers
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- ITILv4 Certification
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, patching, and network printer troubleshooting
- Experience working in a telecommunications company
