## Title: End User Support Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kano. As an End User Support Engineer, you will provide comprehensive troubleshooting, technical support, and expert guidance on operating systems on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end users
  • Deliver customer support and customer service excellence
  • Demonstrate expertise in operating systems
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
  • Manage Microsoft Intune configurations and deployments
  • Handle system patching and updates
  • Troubleshoot and support network printers
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment

Required Qualifications

  • BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting
  • ITILv4 Certification
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, patching, and network printer troubleshooting
  • Experience working in a telecommunications company
