About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ekiti. As an End User Support Engineer, you will provide troubleshooting, technical support, and customer assistance on a day-to-day basis, with expertise in operating systems and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end users
- Deliver exceptional customer support and customer service
- Diagnose and resolve operating system issues
- Manage Windows 11 systems in an enterprise environment
- Support Microsoft Intune deployments and management
- Handle software patching and updates
- Troubleshoot and maintain network printers
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining team collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- ITILv4 Certification
- Experience working in a telecommunications company
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification
