Employee & Community Relations Officer at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

Fort Knox Group seeks a dedicated professional to serve as an Employee & Community Relations Officer based in Mfamosing, Cross River State, Nigeria. You will act as the on-site HR representative, bridging communication between deployed staff, management, and local community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR representative for all deployed staff
• Monitor attendance, welfare, and performance of employees
• Handle grievances and ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
• Address and resolve community or employee issues that may affect operations
• Liaise with the client's HR/Admin team and provide regular reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Sociology, Industrial Relations, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR or community engagement (preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
