## Title: Elevator Sales & Business Development Officer
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic sales and business development position focused on the elevator and building systems sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in key sectors such as real estate, commercial buildings, hospitality, malls, hospitals, and industrial facilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders including consultants, QS teams, project managers, contractors, and building owners
- Conduct regular site visits and networking to track upcoming construction projects and procurement cycles
- Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and proposals during client engagements
- Collaborate with technical, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements
- Support the tender process including document preparation, pricing inputs, BOQ review, and submission of bids
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Gather market data including competitor offerings, pricing, and installation trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases using CRM tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports including progress against targets
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain strong post-sale communication to ensure satisfaction
- Work with service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer retention
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in the elevator, construction, or building services industry
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close sales
- Experience working with consultants and contractors (an added advantage)
