Electrical Technician at CWAY Foods and Beverages Nigeria

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Electrical Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to process troubleshooting in production lines
• Provide technical support to other engineers and teams
• Conduct system upgrades and develop electrical control systems for various machinery
• Resolve equipment issues including conveyors, fillers, shrink packers, boilers, and labeling machines
• Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production
• Conduct regular preventive and autonomous maintenance
• Develop electrical panels for various projects
• Provide guidance to new team members on equipment repairs and maintenance
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical control systems to resolve technical issues
• Ensure safety measures and procedures are strictly complied with during repairs and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• BSc or HND qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Proven 3 years of work experience in FMCG (preferably in a bottling company)
• Proficiency with office management software, including MS Excel and MS Word
• Sound understanding of safety regulations, procedures, and policies
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
