Electrical Sales Engineer at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Objective

The Electrical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving outdoor electrical sales, preparing quotations, managing customer relationships, and providing after-sales support. The role focuses on expanding the company's market share through client acquisition, account management, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently
• Match customer requirements with appropriate products and solutions
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve business targets
• Coordinate sales projects and provide timely reports to the Branch Manager
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and market trends
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and technical experts to meet client needs

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical sales or business development
• Strong technical background in Low Voltage Electrical Products
• Solid understanding of the local market with established industry networks (consultants, contractors, utilities, and developers)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
