A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of the electrical panel manufacturing workshop. In this role, you will ensure efficient workflow, high-quality production, and full compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and electricians, ensuring smooth workflow from mechanical assembly to final testing and delivery
• Review electrical drawings and schematics; oversee panel assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, and testing processes
• Enforce company and industry standards through quality inspections and testing
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and best practices
• Manage workshop-level inventory of parts and tools
• Coordinate with the Design and Procurement teams to ensure material availability and workflow continuity

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, and electrical schematics
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
