Role Overview

Sunsteel Industries Limited is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineering Technician for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards while contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to identify and resolve issues
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of electrical equipment
• Test equipment and perform system diagnostics and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Assist in the design, assembly, and soldering of electrical components
• Collaborate with team members to enhance system efficiency and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Relevant vocational or technical certification in electrical engineering or a related field
• Sound knowledge and practical expertise in electrical engineering and electricity principles
• Proficiency in troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical system issues
• Familiarity with test equipment for system diagnostics and performance evaluations
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a challenging environment
• Effective communication skills
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial setting
