About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role as an Electrical Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical equipment to minimize downtime
• Support new product development and pilot plant trials by providing technical input on electrical systems
• Maintain proper documentation of electrical drawings, schematics, and maintenance records
• Train and mentor junior technicians and engineers on best practices in electrical systems management

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: ND, HND, or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG/food industry)
• Proven knowledge of safety standards, regulatory codes, and compliance requirements
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
