Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates into vacancies within schools and educational institutions. You will manage the entire recruitment process from client relationship building to candidate selection, interview management, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions to understand their staffing needs
- Develop and implement strategies to attract suitable candidates for teaching and educational support roles
- Review CVs, manage interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific positions
- Facilitate the placement of candidates into roles, including managing references, conducting salary negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition into their new positions
- Stay informed about the educational sector, including curriculum trends and best practices, to provide informed guidance to clients
Skills and Qualifications
- HND or BSc in any field plus 2-3 years' experience in a relevant industry
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates
- Strong sales skills to identify and secure new recruitment opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Capacity to establish and nurture professional relationships with a diverse range of people
- Problem-solving ability to overcome challenges within the recruitment process
- Independent and driven approach to achieving recruitment targets
Compensation
N150,000 - N200,000 per month
