About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join our team and help lay the foundation for lifelong learning in our youngest learners. If you love children and have a deep understanding of their developmental needs, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, stimulating, and safe environment for children aged 1 to 5 years
• Plan and implement age-appropriate routines and early learning activities
• Support sensory, motor, language, and social development through interactive play
• Work closely with supervisors to share developmental milestones and daily updates
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and emotional care at all times
• Collaborate with assistants and school leaders to deliver a nurturing experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an early years institution
• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Child Development, or related field
• Deep understanding of British phonics, EYFS, and Nelson or Twinkl Handwriting
• CPR/First Aid certification is an added advantage
