E-Commerce Executive at CourierPlus

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support daily e-commerce logistics operations, including order coordination, merchant support, and delivery tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pickup and delivery of e-commerce orders.

• Liaise with online merchants to receive shipment data and delivery schedules.

• Track shipments and follow up on pending, failed, or returned deliveries.

• Ensure accurate documentation and system updates for all e-commerce shipments.

• Handle merchant and customer inquiries related to order status.

• Support billing reconciliation and reporting for e-commerce accounts.

• Escalate operational issues to the Team Lead promptly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Order processing accuracy.

• Delivery success rate.

• Response time to merchant inquiries.

• Data accuracy and documentation completeness.

• Reduction in failed or returned deliveries.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, logistics, or courier operations.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
