Position Overview: The E-Business Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing the bank’s electronic and digital banking channels. This includes mobile banking, internet banking, USSD services, POS operations, ATM services, agency banking, and other digital payment platforms. The role ensures seamless digital service delivery, system reliability, regulatory compliance, and increased digital adoption among customers. Key Responsibilities: Digital Channel Management

• Oversee the operations of mobile banking, internet banking, USSD, POS, ATM, and agency banking platforms.

• Ensure system uptime and service availability.

• Monitor daily digital transactions and resolve system-related issues.

Digital Growth & Strategy

• Develop strategies to increase customer adoption of digital banking products.

• Drive growth in digital transaction volumes and revenue.

• Identify new digital solutions to improve customer experience.

Vendor & Partnership Management

• Liaise with fintech partners, payment processors, and technology vendors.

• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure timely system upgrades and maintenance.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and internal IT/security policies.

• Monitor fraud trends and implement preventive controls.

• Ensure data security and cybersecurity standards are maintained.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on digital transactions.

• Analyze transaction trends and recommend improvements.

• Track digital income and cost efficiency.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Handle escalated digital banking complaints.

• Ensure prompt resolution of failed transactions and chargebacks.

• Educate customers on safe digital banking practices.

 Team Supervision

• Supervise E-business officers and digital support staff.

• Provide training on new digital products and system upgrades.
