About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. This role requires adherence to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and cargo, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company and private vehicles to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries and pick-ups
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing regular checks and maintenance
• Plan and manage efficient routes to optimize travel time and fuel consumption
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies regarding driving and safety
• Complete vehicle logs and reports as required
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to facilitate smooth operations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and company personnel
• Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to management immediately

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and appropriate certifications
• Proven experience as a driver (6+ years)
• Knowledge of Abuja and surrounding areas, including traffic patterns and routes
• Ability to drive manual vehicles
• Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic violations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Must be a resident of Abuja or Nassarawa
• Willing to start immediately
• Willing to live in employer's house
• Smartphone with knowledge of Google Maps
• Good personal hygiene

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair
